Overview of the Role

The Hardware Engineer will support the full development lifecycle of electronic modules, from concept and simulation through to testing and series production. This includes designing schematics and PCB layouts, conducting feasibility studies, verifying hardware, documenting results, and collaborating with cross-functional teams across software, mechanical, and quality functions.

Skills & Qualifications

• Degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, or similar
• 5 years experience in electronic hardware development
• Strong knowledge of analog/digital circuit design and PCB layout (EMC awareness)
• Proficient with tools such as Altium Designer and other simulation platforms
• Hands-on experience in embedded system testing, soldering, and lab measurement
• Fluent in English; German language a plus
• Collaborative, detail-oriented, and proactive problem-solver
