Overview of this Role

As a Hardware Engineer, you will join the North American engineering team to support the development, validation, and integration of next-generation in-car electronic systems. Working cross-functionally with global teams, you’ll ensure hardware components meet performance, reliability, and customer expectations while driving continuous improvement. The role offers a balance of technical hands-on work and collaboration with OEM partners to support product success in real-world environments. 

Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Computer Science.
• 3–6 years of hardware development experience, ideally within automotive electronics.
• Strong grasp of embedded system schematics; proficient in using oscilloscopes, audio analyzers, and tools such as Altium Designer and Vector CANOE.
• Capable of soldering, creating test harnesses, and performing light mechanical work.
• Familiar with Confluence, Jira, and other engineering collaboration tools.
• Effective communicator with strong problem-solving and time management skills.
• Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel (up to 30%) for customer site visits and technical support.
