3SS approached us to help source a candidate experienced in Business Development to spearhead their expansion into Automotive. An individual with a proven track record in driving new business and can hit the ground running to complete the final negotiations on existing projects.

3SS had already conducted over 50 interviews prior to approaching us, yet the position remained unfilled. With key customer projects underway, the business needed to secure the right hire to prevent disruption and maintain delivery timelines. Adding to the challenge, 3SS were still evaluating whether the ideal candidate profile should be a developing Senior Manager ready to step into senior role or an established Director with a proven track record.
