Chris Everitt

Hi I’m Chris, Co-founder and Director of Techfueld. I have 5 years’ experience recruiting within the automotive technology space specialising solely within the areas of ADAS, Infotainment, Connectivity, Software and Electrification. Over the years I have supported numerous tier 1s, start-ups and OEMs in scaling their leadership, executive and engineering teams globally. Over the years my clients and candidates have always respected my transparency, speed, and market knowledge. I am passionate about my niche and throughout my time specialising within the vehicle technology space, I have also been able to travel the world visiting clients and candidates, attending conferences across Europe and the US, and confidently would call myself an expert in my field. Previously I was the founding consultant and consistent top biller at a fast-growing automotive executive search agency and supported in scaling the team from 0 to a team of 18 and over doubled revenue YoY both as a team and personally. Outside of work I love spending time with friends and family, travelling abroad and watching boxing over the weekend. Prior to working in recruitment, I built a successful events company throwing nightclub events in Essex whilst also playing semi-professional football. Hakeem Adeshina

Hello, my name is Hakeem Adeshina & I am the Co-founder & Director of Techfueld.

With a decade of experience under my belt in property, advertising, finance, automotive & technology recruitment, being a huge believer in fate, I feel as if all roads have led to the launch of Techfueld.

Once given a taste of recruitment I caught the bug & love that I’m fortunate enough to be one of what seems a few to really enjoy my profession. I partner with likeminded individuals both candidates and clients working on future technological advancements and relish the part I play.

Fortunately, I’ve had the opportunity to work the UK, European, American & Asian markets with small to mid-sized startups, to major global organizations.

I wear my heart on my sleeve, I’m all in, and I’d say that’s what both my clients & candidates most like about me, I partner with you to ensure we get the desired result. That coupled with my experience from engineering to C-Suite professionals across all business functions, enables me to handle most client requirements.

When I find time for myself if I’m not binge watching a series (rewatching Game of Thrones), then I’m in the gym, watching the football (Arsenal) or out with friends.

Hey, I’m Jack Director & Part-owner at Techfueld, as Director & Part-owner I’m extremely keen to make sure we provide a service of the highest order whether it’s us finding someone their dream job or finding a dream candidate for a company it’s important for me that no stone is left unturned to make we find the perfect fit for everyone.

Alongside Techfueld, I also work on some other investments and am a director at West Ham United Football Club. I was appointed at 22 years old making me the youngest director in Premier League history.

I hope my blend of skills from other businesses can help Techfueld be dynamic and make tailor-made solutions for each client.  We truly believe we are the very best recruitment agency in the space, and we really hope we can show you how good we are!

Matheus Bahia

Hi, I am Matheus, I am one of the search consultants at Techfueld.

I am originally from Brazil, and I left my country at age 16 to chase a better education and career opportunity. Since arriving in the UK in 2019, I managed to learn English, graduate sixth form and achieve a leadership position at a well-known hospitality Firm.

My ability to understand customer’s needs and empathize with people are some of my key qualities. I intend to make use of such qualities to support those who are searching for the next step in their career. During my time in hospitality, I developed a variety of skills, working my way up from the kid who cleaned tables to a management position.

Outside the office some might say I like an adventure. I am a proud Surfer (whenever the UK weather allows me to) and Motorbike enthusiast, I also love football (as your usual Brazilian), once upon a time I was a pretty decent player, but you know how it goes… pulled hamstrings and whatnot.

Jokes aside, I am a goal-oriented individual, excited to expand my skillset even further to bring a special touch to every project I come across. My aim is to enhance my knowledge every day, Helping both our Clients and Candidates along the way.

I come from a self-made beauty business which I launched when I was only 17. Over 2 years ago I took the step into recruitment to further progress my career and haven’t looked back since.

Hello, I am Hugo. The oldest member of the Techfueld family.

I have had an exciting professional career, ranging from Sales through to Product management, but my love for people, organisation, and rapport building led me into the exciting path of recruitment.

Throughout my twenties, I wanted to experience as much as possible, so I moved around Europe to explore new cultures, meet new people, and try new cuisine. I loved Lisbon and Barcelona, eventually meeting a Spanish woman, who is now my fiancé.

I love endurance cycling, doing yearly trips with a few friends. So far, we have concurred Portugal, Spain, Italy, France, Austria, Switzerland, and Croatia, with plans to push into new continents over the next year.

I have settled down in my 30’s, a good night in for me is a nice meal, a good history book and a film, in the company of my fiancé and our cat, Goose.

Hi, I’m Jack, one of the Search Consultants at Techfueld. After earning my Master’s in International Management & Emerging Economies, I was drawn to recruitment because it combines my passion for connecting with people from all walks of life and my background in sales.

Outside of work, I thrive on challenging myself —whether it’s competing in ultramarathons, Strongman events, or MMA. I also have a love for languages and have earned qualifications in five different languages over the past five years.

For me, growth is essential. I believe in constant improvement, inspired by the idea that mastering one thing with dedication can be more powerful than spreading yourself thin.
