Overview of the Role

Our Client is searching for two Field Application Engineers, you will serve as the primary interface for major OEM and Tier 1 customers in Japan, overseeing the successful delivery of advanced engineering projects. This remote role blends technical execution with customer-facing responsibilities, requiring on-site support, cross-functional collaboration, and project leadership from inception through completion. You will help shape the future of in-vehicle software by aligning internal development efforts with customer needs and strategic objectives.

Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Master’s degree preferred).
• Significant experience in technical support, field applications, or solution engineering, with demonstrated ability to scale teams regionally.
• Experience managing projects involving AUTOSAR Classic and Adaptive; PMP or PRINCE2 certification is a plus.
• Skilled in MS Project, Primavera, and core engineering practices.
• Bilingual proficiency in Japanese and English (Required).
• Strong leadership, communication, and analytical thinking skills. Self-motivated, well-organized, and a collaborative team player.
