Overview of the Role

As Field Application Engineer, you will act as the technical bridge between customers and internal engineering teams, supporting projects from pre-sales discussions through development and integration. This includes managing technical communications, coordinating audio tuning activities, preparing technical documentation, and providing on-site support for customer demonstrations. The role is Japan-focused, with collaboration across international engineering teams and occasional travel across Asia and Europe.

Skills & Qualifications

• Degree in Electronics, Engineering, or related field
• 3 years experience in automotive infotainment, semiconductors, or Tier-1 environments
• Strong communication and customer-facing experience
• Technical understanding of embedded or audio systems
• Fluent in Japanese and English (business level)
• Skilled in project coordination, problem solving, and cross-regional collaboration
• Knowledge of audio processing or DSP programming a plus
