Overview of the Role
As Instrument Panel Engineer, you’ll support the full development cycle of instrument panel systems, from early design and feasibility to tooling, supplier coordination, and launch. Working closely with cross-functional teams, you’ll deliver high-quality, cost-effective trim solutions for future EV platforms.

Skills & Qualifications

• 5+ years of interior trim design experience (instrument panels preferred)
• Proficient in CATIA V5 and TeamCenter; strong GD&T knowledge
• Familiar with injection molding, BOM management, and DFMEA
• Solid understanding of automotive product lifecycle and project coordination
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and reporting skills
• BSME preferred; willingness to travel domestically and internationally
