Overview of the Role

As Interior Soft Trim Engineer, you’ll lead the design and development of headliners, carpets, and other soft trim components. You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimise cost, quality, and manufacturability, while supporting global vehicle programs from concept through to production.

Skills & Qualifications

• 5+ years’ experience in interior trim or NVH design engineering
• Proficient in CATIA V5, Team Center, and GD&T standards
• Strong knowledge of soft trim materials and compression molding processes
• Experience with BOM, DFMEA, DVPR, and product launch cycles
• Excellent communication and project coordination skills
• BSME preferred; domestic and international travel required
