Overview of the Role

As an OEM Key Account Manager, you will lead the commercial relationship with a major automotive OEM, playing a critical role in driving strategic growth and program execution. You’ll act as the primary liaison between internal cross-functional teams and OEM stakeholders, ensuring clear communication, operational alignment, and successful delivery of electronics programs. The ideal candidate will be proactive, customer-focused, and well-versed in the automotive electronics space.

 

Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field.
  • 3–6 years in automotive account management, preferably in infotainment or electronics, with a track record of working with global OEMs.
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and analytical skills. Proven ability to manage complex relationships and deliver customer-focused solutions.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and familiar with project coordination tools.
  • Domestic and international travel up to 30%.
  • Detail-oriented and proactive, capable of handling multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
