Overview of the Role
As a Sales Director, you will be responsible for developing and managing relationships with target customers in the intelligent cockpit sector. This includes identifying and engaging new prospects, maintaining long-term partnerships, ensuring customer satisfaction throughout pre- and post-sales, and providing market-driven feedback to improve products and services. You’ll work closely with ecosystem partners to strengthen collaboration and drive revenue growth.
Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or higher (Master’s preferred)
- Proven experience in B2B sales within smart vehicle or automotive technology sectors
- Prior sales exposure to OEMs such as BMW, Renault, or Stellantis is a strong plus
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to build and maintain long-term customer relationships with clear sales strategies
- Skilled at partnering with ecosystem stakeholders to grow business opportunities
- Fluent in German, English, and Chinese
