A global provider of operating system technologies and intelligent solutions across mobile, IoT, automotive, and enterprise. The company partners with leading semiconductor, software, and hardware vendors worldwide, with a strong presence across Asia, Europe, and North America.
Overview of the Role
As a Sales Director, you will be responsible for developing and managing relationships with target customers in the intelligent cockpit sector. This includes identifying and engaging new prospects, maintaining long-term partnerships, ensuring customer satisfaction throughout pre- and post-sales, and providing market-driven feedback to improve products and services. Youll work closely with ecosystem partners to strengthen collaboration and drive revenue growth.
Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelors degree or higher (Masters preferred)
- Proven experience in B2B sales within smart vehicle or automotive technology sectors
- Prior sales exposure to OEMs such as BMW, Renault, or Stellantis is desirable
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to build and maintain long-term customer relationships with clear sales strategies
- Skilled at partnering with ecosystem stakeholders to grow business opportunities
- Fluent in German, English, and Chinese
