Overview of the Role

As a Sales Director, you will be responsible for developing and managing relationships with target customers in the intelligent cockpit sector. This includes identifying and engaging new prospects, maintaining long-term partnerships, ensuring customer satisfaction throughout pre- and post-sales, and providing market-driven feedback to improve products and services. Youll work closely with ecosystem partners to strengthen collaboration and drive revenue growth.

Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelors degree or higher (Masters preferred)
• Proven experience in B2B sales within smart vehicle or automotive technology sectors
• Prior sales exposure to OEMs such as BMW, Renault, or Stellantis is desirable
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to build and maintain long-term customer relationships with clear sales strategies
• Skilled at partnering with ecosystem stakeholders to grow business opportunities
• Fluent in German, English, and Chinese
