Overview of the Role

As Senior Sales Manager, you’ll act as the key technical interface between customers and internal teams, translating complex application needs into tailored battery system solutions. This role supports pre-sales and post-sales engagement, combining deep technical knowledge with strong customer focus to drive new business opportunities.

Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s in Electrical, Chemical, or Mechanical Engineering
• 7–10 years’ experience in technical sales or applications engineering, ideally in lithium-ion or energy storage
• Strong understanding of battery chemistry, pack integration, and BMS
• Confident communicator with excellent customer engagement skills
• Able to lead technical discussions, proposals, and system architecture reviews
• Willing to travel domestically and internationally
