Overview of the Role

As Technical Lead, you’ll lead the design, testing, and development of high-voltage inverter systems. This includes hands-on work in component selection, circuit simulation, and lab validation, while supporting cross-functional engineering teams to deliver high-reliability solutions.

Skills & Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Electronics or Electrical Engineering
• 10+ years’ experience in power electronics design, ideally automotive
• Strong knowledge of power semiconductors, gate drivers, EMC, and lab testing
• Proficient in tools like MATLAB, Simulink, PLECS, PSpice, Altium, and ANSYS
• Familiar with reliability analysis and worst-case circuit design
• Self-motivated, collaborative, and able to lead and plan technical tasks
